Fees/Payment/Security & Privacy Policy

Our fees vary according to the procedures and laboratory tests that your appointment requires, and the length of time the physician devotes to your care. Payment of professional fees is due at the time of service. If circumstances prevent that, please speak to one of our staff and we will make every effort to arrange a satisfactory payment plan. If your account becomes past due, we will take action to recover the amount due within 90 days of initial billing.

Fees are for services rendered, if OB-GYN ASSOCIATES, P.C. receives monies from a third party compensation for office charges previously paid by the patient, a patient refund will be generated within 60 days.

Our secure server software uses security measures. All of your personal and financial information including credit card number, name and address are protected by Secure Socket Layer (SSL) protocol. This protocol encryptsyour information and converts it into bits of code that are securely transmitted over the Internet.

Insurance

OB-GYN Associates will file claims with your insurance carrier. At the time of your appointment, we will ask to see and make a copy your health insurance card. This will help us in processing claims on your behalf.

As a patient, you have full responsibility for payment of service rendered, regardless of insurance coverage. We will be more than happy to help you with all the necessary insurance forms and answer any specific questions regarding fees and insurance.
